About Foxlight Games

Midori “Murasaki” Sato is a practiced gameplay and systems designer who has spent a over a decade obsessively studying and modeling 3D character controls in pursuit of the ideal control system. The premiere demonstration of this study came in the form of a Sonic the Hedgehog fan game, Sonic Utopia. Even in its alpha build, this physical model garnered praise from dozens of online publications such as Kotaku, Destructoid, Forbes, Nintendo Life and others.

Now that these physics calculations have been further refined, the goal of Foxlight Games is to partner with other developers and companies to discover what new forms of gameplay can come from this revolutionary model.
